First Aid
All our apps are thoroughly tested before they are put onto the respective app stores for install. However, software development is very complex and bugs can never be entirely ruled out. If you encounter unexpected issues with our apps, please try the following first aid steps below. If problems persist and you require assistance, kindly complete the customer support form located at the bottom of this page.
1. App can't install: You should have sufficient free space available on your devices. For example, if our app size is 50MB - it is recommended you have at least twice that amount (100MB) to successfully install our app.
2. App doesn't launch: Try deleting the app and re-installing again from the respective app stores. Often it helps if you reboot your device too.
3. Check for updates: We fix bugs found in our apps regularly. Check your respective app stores for latest versions of our apps, which might have included fixes to the issues you're facing.

Restoring In-App Purchases (if they were previously purchased)
We constantly update our apps with new features and bug fixes. All our apps also comply with the respective app store operators' in-app purchase restore policy. When you update your app to the latest version, your previous in-app purchases might not have been automatically restored, hence a "Restore" or "IAP Restore" button is included in our apps to facilitate this restoration process. Please note that the restore feature only work for non-consumable in-app purchases. 1. I can't find the 'Restore' button: App Store operators keep records of your in-app purchases, hence if you purchase the same non-consumable in-app purchase again, you will not be charged for it. If you cannot locate the 'Restore' button in our app, please check the Visual Guides below.
2. Tapping the 'Restore' button did not restore my purchases: A slow or intermittent internet connection could be the cause of your problem. Try again when your internet connection is running smoothly.
